Deutsches Symphonie Orchester
The Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO) is one of the largest orchestras in Berlin. The DSO has been part of the broadcasting orchestral and choral group Rundfunk-Orchester und Chöre GmbH (ROC) since 1994.
We particularly enjoy providing almost weekly transport services to the DSO. Over a period of many decades, we have been moving the DSO’s instruments around Berlin, enabling the orchestra to hold its rehearsals at Berlin’s Philharmonie concert hall without having to worry about anything. Transportation around Berlin demands just as much detailed planning as guest appearances and concert tours. Discover the surprises in store spending a day with our specialists and the DSO.
National Youth Orchestra of the USA
Last year we had the wonderful opportunity to provide transport for a European tour by the National Youth Orchestra of the USA.
Planning, organising and running a European tour for an international orchestra is doubtless among the greatest privileges to come our way.
The lead time preparing for such a project is often less than a year, starting with the initial enquiry and ending with the transport operation itself. This entails much more than just planning the routes and times. Our specially trained schedulers and project managers intensively research the cities and locations to be visited. They check the on-site circumstances, and ascertain what permits may be needed. One of the key aspects is the staffing requirement for a project. We also plan the accommodation and transfers for the whole orchestra in conjunction with partners.
Because we are not only committed to fulfilling your passion; we also want to help create magic moments for you as an orchestra.
Stiftung Berliner Philharmoniker
Baden-Baden is a venue that always provides us with very special experiences. We always eagerly await our annual trip with the Berlin Philharmonic to the Easter Festival in the unique spa town on the edge of the Black Forest. It has become a wonderful tradition. For us, nothing compares to it. Experience more of the kind of special experiences we’re talking about by checking out our short feature on Baden-Baden and the orchestra’s guest appearances there.
